Locations: Birmingham, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield
Requirement 2
Number of units: Looking for 250+ residential apartments, off-plan
Deal structure: Forward Fund and Joint Venture
Locations: Birmingham, Derby, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Reading and Sheffield
Requirement 3
Number of units: Looking for 100-300 residential apartments, off-plan or close to completion
Deal structure: Forward Fund
Locations: Birmingham, Derby, Leeds, Leicester, Liverpool, London (or within 1 hour commute), Nottingham, Reading and Sheffield
Requirement 4
Number of units: Looking for 10-100 houses
Deal structure: Underwrite
Locations: Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield
